Do you accept returns & exchange?
Gimme Shelter Service Chop provides returns and exchange only for the following reasons:
- Defective item
- Incorrect item
Please note that we do not accept returns if the part doesn’t fit your bike model as specs are clearly stated on the web shop.
How do I return the items?
WhatsApp us at +60193614114 / send us an email (firstname.lastname@example.org) with the following details:
Email subject: RETURN
Reason for return: (items with defects; attach photo(s) if possible / Incorrect item received)
Return address as stated below:
Gimme Shelter Service Chop, Lot 15, Jalan 13/6, Seksyen 13, Petaling Jaya, MY
Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will receive their refund within 3 days after the confirmation and will be notified respectively.
*All items must be shipped back within 5 working days (MALAYSIA)
Who will bare the shipping costs?
Shipping fee will be borne by customer.
Please note that if the above-mentioned criteria aren’t met, we are neither able to accept returning items nor process refunds.
